Muscle exercises for each part


Pectoralis major: can be trained by bench press at all angles; fly at all angles; parallel bar flexion and extension; supine pull-up; push-up; Biceps: Curls of all styles; rowing movements.


Sternocleidomastoid: Can be exercised by wearing a neck cap; wrestling bridges; assisting and self-resistance movements. Forearm flexor muscles: This muscle can be developed with exercises such as positive wrapping of the hammer and positive grip of the weight-bearing wrist extension.


Trapezius: Can be trained with shoulder shrugs, power lifts, back presses, lateral raises, and rowing movements.
